Are you an artist, author or cosplayer and would like to have your own booth at FANTASY BASEL - The Swiss Comic Con?
The booths in the Artist Alley are limited and were completely booked out in the last three years! So register early and become part of by far the biggest convention in Switzerland for gaming, cosplay, film and comics.
All information about the different booth categories can be found in the registration forms. Authors can register with the artist form (only categories B or C possible). We are looking forward to your registration!
The registration phase for artist & author booths in the Artist Alley and in the Authors' Area is open.
Please send us the completed registration form together with some pictures of your art (and if possible your stand) to artist@fantasybasel.ch Registration deadline: January 9, 2026. We look forward to your creative registrations!
Authors' Area: Only booths in categories B and C are available for authors.
Note that submitting the registration form does not automatically secure a booth space. As we receive more registrations each year than there are booth spaces available, we unfortunately have to make a selection. We collect all applications and check them carefully after the application deadline, after which we will contact you by email. If we are able to provide you with an artist or author booth, you will receive an artist agreement. By signing this agreement and paying the booth fees, your booth space is definitively booked.
Around 97,000 art-loving visitors stroll through Artist Alley. Choose between three different stand categories (see registration form).
We are looking forward to YOUR art and creations. Fan Art may not make up more than 30% of the art exhibited at your stand. Please also note our information sheet on the subject of "Fan Art".
AI-generated art is NOT allowed in Artist Alley. AI-generated art must therefore be declared as such when registering as an artist so that we can check the context. Approved AI art could only be shown on site in special areas and contexts (NOT in the Artist Alley) and must therefore also be clearly labeled as such at the festival.
The registration phase for Cosplay Tables and Booths is open, you can now register for a booth in the Cosplay Village.
Cosplay Tables are free and limited to three hours per day. Cosplay booths can be rented for all three days of the festival from CHF 250. This amount already includes two 3-day tickets worth CHF 220. This means you only pay an additional CHF 30 for the stand space and furniture.
